Construction Begins at New Sioux Falls Lutheran School Site

The Sioux Falls Lutheran School Building Committee is pleased to share that construction is underway at our new location:

A construction road leading to the new Sioux Falls Lutheran School site (6715 South Boe Lane) was laid by Hoogendoorn Construction in late October.

After rain delays, Lidel Construction is finishing up dirt work for the building site and parking lot.

D&G Concrete Construction has finished installing the sewer line from Benson Farm west to Tallgrass Ave, which re-opened to traffic on October 31. Kempf Construction will install the road, sewer, water, and other utilities from Tallgrass west to our site when weather conditions permit (later this fall, winter, or in the spring of 2019).

During the week of October 29, Hoogendoorn Construction began digging and pouring footings for the new facility. The crew also set up wall forms and began pouring foundation walls during the week of November 5.

Wall forms are beginning to take shape at the new Sioux Falls Lutheran School site (6715 South Boe Lane).
